Camera-Ready Paper Submission Guidlines

Authors of accepted papers,

thank you again for submitting your papers to ICEE 2018. Please read the following before submitting the camera-ready versions of your papers.

1. Since the final version of the paper cannot be changed after the "submission of camera-ready papers" deadline, try to do your best on the papers from both technical and writing viewpoints based on the reviewers' comments.

2. At any time, if any type of plagiarism is found in any of ICEE 2018 papers, the paper will be immediately withdrawn from the conference program and proceedings and the authors as well as their organizations will be notified through official letters.

3. Papers submitted to ICEE2018 should be no longer than 6 pages, including all text, figures, and references. The paper MUST be formatted according to the conference templates. Manuscripts that do not comply with the recommended templates or have not provided all the required information will not be included in the conference proceedings. Each manuscript is to be submitted electronically in PDF format. The authors of English papers can use IEEE PDF eXpress service to prepare their pdf files.

4. All authors of English papers MUST submit the IEEE Copyright forms.

5. After both the MS-Word and pdf files of your camera-ready manuscripts are ready, you should log in the conference website and submit the final files via your account.
